Support colleagues regarding tracking outcomes for CYP and wider service improvement
Work jointly across GCC and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)
Requirements
Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
Ability to support the effective delivery of the Navigation Hub
Experience of working collaboratively to facilitate effective multi-agency meetings
Attention to detail and accuracy of recording
Ability to manage own workload and deal with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
Good understanding of Education, Early Help, Health and wider partnership organisations available to children and young people of Gloucestershire
