Clarify staffing needs together with hiring managers, create target-group–oriented job postings and manage their placement across our recruiting channels
Own the filling of IT positions as well as specialist and leadership roles at the corporate headquarters
Support the entire recruiting process from candidate screening through digital and in-person interviews to offer preparation and contract coordination
Assist our HR Business Partners with administrative and operational tasks, e.g., contract preparation, and contribute your generalist HR experience
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in recruiting, ideally in an IT environment and in filling specialist and leadership positions
Confident communication with managers and candidates and a structured, professional working style
Knowledge of HR administrative processes, e.g., contract management or HR workflows, and an interest in taking on responsibilities beyond recruiting
Independent, solution-oriented approach and the ability to maintain a clear overview when handling multiple vacancies in parallel
Enjoy working in a central recruiting team and actively shaping processes
