About this role
Role Overview
- Providing first class service by talking directly and honestly with customers
- Working closely with Account Manager to build relationships with dedicated customer base
- Processing orders, organising returns, identifying where improvements can be made
- Communicating primarily on the telephone, but also via email and using CRM tools
- Understanding, prioritising and escalating customer issues, following through to resolution
Requirements
- Very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, ideally SAP
- Delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right
- Friendly, organised and resilient
