Relations with families and children: Welcome, inform and support families
Establish and manage care contracts

Monitor children's attendance and absences

Team management and leadership: Organize the team's work (schedules, leave, replacements)
Supervise and support professionals within a high-quality educational and professional environment
Define and monitor the continuous training plan
Participate in recruitment, intern onboarding and disciplinary follow-up
Lead the life of the facility and coordinate educational activities
Drive, initiate and evaluate the establishment's project
Organize and lead team meetings
Ensure a positive social climate and team spirit
Coordinate with external stakeholders
Administrative, financial and operational management: Monitor expenses, revenue and attendance data
Manage the supply room and inventories
Optimize the facility's occupancy rate
Handle billing and follow-ups with families
Monitor actions in connection with the CAF (Family Allowance Fund), the Inter-municipal Community and partners
Participate in the overall administrative management of the facility
Safety and compliance: Ensure the safety of buildings and equipment (safety referent)
Implement regulatory checks
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Partnerships and cross-functional duties: Maintain relationships with institutional partners (CAF, PMI, town halls, Inter-municipal Community…)
Work closely with the Association's Management
Identify situations of vulnerability affecting children and support families
Work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Inform families about access to rights
Serve as an information relay between stakeholders and institutions
Report according to established procedures
Requirements
State diploma as a pediatric nurse (puéricultrice)
State diploma as an Early Childhood Educator (Éducateur/trice de Jeunes Enfants)
Or at least 3 years' experience in roles such as director, deputy director, technical manager or technical referent in early childhood care establishments (EAJE)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood regulations
Organizational, planning and management skills
Managerial abilities and a strong sense of teamwork
Strong interpersonal skills, good listening and communication abilities
Autonomy, rigor and a strong sense of responsibility
