Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via Australian Health Practitioner Relegation Agency (Ahpra)
Current and ongoing employment screening including satisfactory Police Check, employee Working With Children Check
A minimum of five years midwifery practice post registration
Previous and recent midwifery management experience
RANZCOG Level 3 Practitioner
Easily identified as a role model of clinical excellence in midwifery care
Cognisance of midwifery sphere of practice (midwives code of practice) and of other professional standards as set by the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) and Australian College of Midwives (ACM)
Post graduate studies in management or leadership (desirable)
