Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight of community nursing services
Ensure all activities align with organisational objectives, policies, and regulatory standards
Lead workforce planning, including rostering, skill mix allocation, and contingency planning
Drive initiatives that enhance patient safety, promote zero harm principles, and support efficient patient flow
Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with medication management legislation and clinical standards
Represent the organisation with integrity and engage stakeholders to strengthen service outcomes and sustainability

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Minimum of five years post-graduate experience
Strong clinical credibility and leadership capability
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a positive, solution-focused culture
Experience in quality systems, occupational health and safety, education, and accreditation frameworks
