Deliver clear problems with targets for the investigation and new model teams to investigate.
Utilize text mining tools for topic generation and/or enrich existing datasets with generated features classification tasks.
Maintain reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Complete ad hoc data insights/requests as needed to support company goals.
Work with a moderate level of autonomy to achieve company goals.
Communicate results and business impacts within the team and to management.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, data science, computer science, business, math, or economics is preferred.
YOE for Engineer level I and II in data analysis or related field.
Solid foundation in data analysis and statistics.
Proficiency in SQL.
Python or R are a plus.
Prior experience with data analytics tools, text mining tools, and data visualization software a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, specializing in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a strong analytical mindset.
Able to recognize the needs of the end user and create reproducible solutions that answer those needs quickly and efficiently.
Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
