Structure and manage the design office operations, defining tools, methods and a commercial strategy
Lead and motivate a team of engineers and detailers/drafters in the structural design office
Oversee technical design and structural sizing studies for reinforced concrete, steel and timber structures
Ensure the quality, feasibility and compliance of deliverables (drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications (CCTP), detailed quantity estimates (DQE))
Participate in design reviews, tender processes and coordination meetings with architects, project managers and contractors
Provide technical project management (maîtrise d’œuvre technique) services
Maintain technical and regulatory watch in the field of structural works and structures
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the business

Degree from an engineering school in civil engineering, building engineering or equivalent
Proven experience (minimum 5 to 10 years) in structural works and/or structural engineering
Knowledge of structural analysis and calculation, modeling and specialized software
