Manage the overall day-to-day operations and long-term profitability of a multi-million-dollar travel plaza.
Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to achieve or exceed targeted objectives.
Monitor and analyze progress towards targeted financial and performance objectives then implement strategic changes.
Ensure that each food and beverage concept within the plaza is adhering to required brand standards.
Maintain an engaging work culture of continuous learning, information/skill sharing and professional development.
Consistently recruit, develop, and retain strong teams to maintain appropriate staffing levels across the plaza.
Responsible for the hiring, coaching, training, promotion, disciplinary action, termination, or transfer of plaza leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership
Utilize computerized software and systems such as Microsoft Office, payroll & time keeping software, inventory management software, and various point-of-sales systems.
