Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, IIS, MS SQL, SSL renewal, and related components.
Support and maintain the infrastructure behind SaaS solutions.
Troubleshoot issues across server, application, and network layers.
Work with virtualization platforms (Proxmox or similar) and network infrastructure.
Contribute to automation efforts using PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools (Terraform a plus).
Support workloads running on AWS & Azure.
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
Document systems, processes, and changes thoroughly.
Collaborate closely with developers and partners to improve reliability, performance, and deployment workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
Experience with IIS, PowerShell, and MS SQL administration.
Knowledge of networking, virtualization (Proxmox a plus), and server hardware.
Experience with CI/CD concepts; GitHub Actions knowledge is beneficial.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
Experience with automation or IaC (Terraform a plus).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
Ability and availability to work in the Netherlands time zone (CET).
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
