Sales Associate, Level 4 – Assistant Department Manager

Role Overview

• Stocking shelves, cleaning, and aisle/shelf signage
• Replenishing the sales floor in accordance with layout and presentation guidelines
• Welcoming and serving customers within your department
• Supporting your manager with team leadership, coordination, and supervision

Requirements

• Two-year post-secondary qualification in business/commerce (Bac+2) or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of department/aisle management
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and service skills
• Attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Punctuality, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs
• Autonomy and a team-oriented mindset
• Good listening skills and curiosity
