Role Overview
- Provide strategic and operational legal support to all Vodacom departments
- Provide proactive and pragmatic legal advice to operational departments
- Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts
- Ensure Vodacom’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Engage with authorities, regulators, external partners, and external legal counsel
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business law or telecommunications law
- Experience in a multinational or highly regulated environment is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in law; a Master’s degree in Business Law or Economic Law is preferred
- Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
