You define and optimize digital business capabilities and roadmaps in line with strategic objectives.
Act as a visionary Product Owner for ServiceNow, including responsibility for roadmaps, releases and delivered value.
Act as a strategic partner to executive management and translate technology into business value.
Ensure cross-functional governance for ServiceNow and maintain operational stability.
Lead the interface between Business, IT and Security to prepare management decisions.
Represent Vantage Towers as a strategic partner to SaaS vendors and system integrators.
Promote digital transformation by embedding platform features into business processes.

Extensive experience managing external SaaS vendors and system integrators
Solid knowledge of agile and hybrid project management frameworks
Confident understanding of modern IT architectures, cloud platforms and APIs
Strong methodological and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination
A university degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a comparable field
Fluent English (C1 level) both written and spoken
Ability to prepare complex decision papers and impact analyses
