You define and optimize digital business capabilities and roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
Act as the visionary Product Owner for ServiceNow , managing roadmaps, releases, and value.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership , translating technical specs into business value.
Provide cross-functional governance for ServiceNow , ensuring stability and smooth operations.
Lead the interface between Business, IT, and Security , facilitating high-level decision-making.
Represent Vantage Towers as the primary strategic counterpart to SaaS vendors and integrators.
Drive digital transformation by embedding platform enhancements into business processes.

Extensive experience steering external SaaS providers and system integrators.
Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid project management frameworks.
Sound understanding of modern IT architectures , cloud platforms, and APIs.
High methodological and social competencies to drive cross-functional authority.
A university degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent English skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken form.
Ability to prepare complex decision papers and impact assessments for management.
