Overall responsibility for quality assurance and quality control on the construction site (E&I)
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 as well as all contractual and regulatory requirements
Develop and manage the project-specific Quality Management Plan
Define and monitor inspection and test plans (ITPs)
Support final acceptance inspections and take responsibility for defect management
Conduct regular site audits and proactively identify risks
Perform structured analysis of non-conformities and initiate effective corrective actions
Provide transparent reporting to project management, the client, and stakeholders
Ensure complete and audit-proof documentation
Act as the primary contact for all QA/QC matters on site

Technical degree or qualified vocational training with a focus on quality management
At least 5 years' experience in quality management — ideally in construction or energy infrastructure
Certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist (QSE), Construction Quality Manager (CCQM), or Quality Systems Manager desirable
Knowledge of processes on large construction sites and close collaboration with construction and project teams
Proficiency with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001
Structured, assertive, and solution-oriented working style
On-site presence and willingness to take responsibility
Confident communication in German and English
