Vice President, Enterprise Mid-Market Relationship Management

Role Overview

• Define and implement tailored product and channel distribution strategies
• Lead and develop a high-performance team of 30–40 relationship managers
• Drive omnichannel digital product campaigns
• Act as a change agent to accelerate segment growth
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
• Articulate value propositions and manage complex sales cycles
• Develop and continuously refine comprehensive sales and renewal plans
• Create detailed account plans and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a mid-market environment
• Experience within merchant services and payment processing industry
• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
• Experience motivating and inspiring large teams
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience
• Ability to travel domestically up to 60%.
