About this role
Role Overview
Lead the service management processes to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement service improvement strategies.
Monitor and analyze service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members in best service management practices.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in IT service management
2+ years of experience in the ITIL framework
2+ years of experience in incident and problem management
2+ years of experience in service delivery
4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience with ServiceNow
Certification in ITIL
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with cloud technologies
