Role Overview
- Architect, implement, and maintain a scalable, maintainable, and modular Selenium framework (Java + TestNG + Maven) following POM/Screenplay, utilities, environment config, and test data strategies.
- Integrate reporting (Extent), logging, screenshots, retry/flakiness control, and parallel/cross‑browser execution
- Establish and enforce coding standards, branching strategy, and reviews in Git; maintain package/version hygiene with Maven
