You will build the company's personnel development function conceptually, structurally and operationally, and develop it for the long term.
You will work closely with HR leadership, as well as with executive management, line managers and the works council.
Establish and lead the Personnel Development department
Develop a company-wide personnel development strategy
Qualification concepts for production (blue-collar) and administrative employees
Design leadership development programs (foremen, team leaders, management)
Further development of talent management and succession planning processes
Competency management and qualification analyses
Design modern learning formats for production and administration
Advise executive management and line managers
Collaboration with the works council, educational providers and external partners
Support organizational development and transformation processes
Operational delivery of selected trainings and workshops
Requirements
University degree, e.g. Human Resource Management / Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with HR focus, Education / Adult Education, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in a leadership or project-responsible role
Experience in an industrial environment with blue-collar/operational employees
Knowledge of working with the works council and collective bargaining structures (IG Metall)
Experience in developing personnel development instruments and development programs
Strategic, structured and at the same time pragmatic approach to work
Strong communication and advisory skills
Ability to assert oneself and a strong drive to shape and implement initiatives
