In our Retail Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 20 to 600 employees, with an average ARR of €150K.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
We sometimes manage certain customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding.
You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
Requirements
Have at least 4 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role.
Be interested in engaging with prospects from the Retail segment (more traditional sectors).
Have full working proficiency in French (C2 or above) and an advanced level of English.
Be highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
Demonstrate empathy and a genuine passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
Be able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Have a strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Bring a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team.
Be eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
Be based in (or willing to relocate to) Lyon, Paris, Bordeaux, Nantes, or Strasbourg.
