Maintenance and further development of our energy management system: Together with the energy management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DIN EN ISO 50001 (ISO 50001) in an energy-intensive industrial company.
Advising and supporting plant operations on all questions related to energy efficiency and CO2 reduction projects.
Assist in guiding an industrial site toward a climate-neutral future.
Support in collecting, analyzing and evaluating energy data.
Support the energy-economic optimization of Glencore Nordenham.
Acquisition of public funding: for energy efficiency and sustainability measures as well as research projects.
Conducting audits and training in the energy field.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree with a focus on energy, environmental engineering, or a comparable training/qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman with relevant qualifications).
Ideally some practical experience in energy management, energy efficiency or CO2 reduction, preferably in an industrial company.
Initial experience working with energy management systems (e.g., DIN EN ISO 50001) as well as in analyzing and evaluating energy data is advantageous.
Very good Excel skills to efficiently collect, analyze, and evaluate energy data.
Fluent German and business-fluent English.
Strong self-motivation to continuously improve and implement processes.
