Role Overview
- Lead by example, contributing to individual sales while coaching Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs)
- Oversee daily scheduling and clinic operations
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics
- Track CRM initiatives for revenue growth
- Ensure the clinic operates under brand standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians
- Manage medical inventory and equipment oversight
- Build relationships with local businesses for community engagement
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams
- Foster a motivated team culture
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries
- Proven success in consultative sales and team management
- Proficient in Google Suite
- CRM systems experience
- Data analysis skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
