About this role
Role Overview
- Define and coordinate method validation plans in accordance with internal procedures and in collaboration with laboratory managers
- Validate methods according to internal procedures
- Integrate methods into laboratory production routines
- Optimize laboratory methods in collaboration with laboratory managers
- Report progress and any issues directly or indirectly affecting laboratory operations to your manager
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role required
- Knowledge of applicable documentation and regulations in the field
- Proficiency in project management techniques
- Familiarity with method validation standards and guidelines
- Audit techniques
- Proficiency in testing techniques (GC-MS, HS-GC-MS, ICP-MS, etc.)
- Ability to draft whole or part of documents based on departmental requirements (validation reports, procedures, work instructions, updates to technical dossiers, etc.)
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite
- English: able to understand technical documentation, use technical vocabulary and communicate in a professional context
