About this role
Role Overview
- Design and implementation of modern Data architectures (Cloud & on‑premises)
- Conduct audits, define roadmaps, and advise on technology choices
- Deliver PoCs/MVPs, provide technical coaching, and lead change management
- Participate in the tech ecosystem (meetups, afterworks, partners, vendors…)
- Support sales teams with technical input for proposals and responses
- Contribute to formalizing the agency's Data offerings and strategic positioning
- Mentor and support consultants on client engagements
- Lead community activities, recruitment, and technical interviews
Requirements
- 8–10 years' experience in data architecture (consulting + delivery)
- Strong knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Experience designing data pipelines and managing solution integration (ETL, ELT, Data Lake, modeling, orchestration, etc.)
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, or other data-related tools
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Cloud or Big Data certifications
- Technical English (regularly work with international resources, projects, or events)
