About this role
Role Overview
Set up and maintain the complete marketing automation infrastructure
Design and implement flows, automated workflows, and landing pages
Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns
Develop data-driven paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Monitor performance, run tests and optimize conversions
Reporting, performance analysis and deriving concrete actions
Select and manage external agencies
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, IT and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Professional experience in digital marketing (performance marketing, campaign management, CRM, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation processes
High level of self-responsibility and decisiveness
Very good proficiency in English
Nice-to-have: experience with Marketo, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
Knowledge of SEO or content marketing
