Champion event-driven architecture and platform best practices

5+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal platforms or data products
Strong technical fluency with data platforms, event-driven systems, pipelines, APIs, and core platform-architecture concepts
Proven ability to define and evolve platform strategy
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex products end-to-end
Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Comfortable driving adoption and change across multiple teams
