About this role

Independently perform structural calculations for pipe and equipment supports (SIA, Eurocode)
Prepare and develop structural details
Design structural frameworks in 3D models
Piping structural analysis and planning (EN, ASME)
Design and analysis of specialized pipe supports (FEM)
Improve processes and procedures
Serve as technical point of contact for junior colleagues, including quality assurance
Technical coordination within projects
Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, project cost estimates and project acceptance activities
Act as deputy to the department head

Degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master) in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification
At least 7 years of professional experience in structural steel design/planning projects
Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech sectors is advantageous
Understanding of load paths and structural behaviour
Familiarity with structural analysis software is an advantage, ideally Dlubal RFEM and Rohr2
CAD skills and BIM experience are advantageous (e.g., Tekla Structures, Tricad MS, E3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit)
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
