Provide technical business analysis support for product and client led change projects
Ensure that changes to product features are fully assessed
Work closely with the product manager, development and QA teams
Identify and analyze the impact on the application from new product features
Liaise with other internal product and development teams
Produce required change documentation
Work with professional services and implementation teams as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of the securities industry flows
Experience with different North American market infrastructures
Hands-on technical proficiency in Linux, SQL, REST API integrations
Proven ability to research, analyze, and generate scope and business requirements documents
Strong competency in using a workflow tool (e.g. Jira, confluence)
