About this role
Role Overview
- Supporting the day-to-day oversight and tracking of owned and rental medical device capital assets
- Ensures accurate SAP tracking, financial integrity, and operational visibility throughout the asset lifecycle
- Executing established lifecycle processes
- Reviewing and validating SAP asset transactions
- Managing lost/noncompliant device investigations
- Coordinating preventive maintenance and refurbishment flows
- Producing KPI reporting for leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years in MedTech asset management, capital equipment operations, or healthcare finance
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong SAP experience required
- Advanced Excel required
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering
