Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Methods department
- Organize the preparation of scheduled work
- Ensure the reliability of spare parts
- Analyze CMMS (GMAO) data to optimize maintenance
- Monitor and control the tracking and reporting of preventive maintenance indicators
- Manage site document control
- Participate in regular operations meetings with the client
Requirements
- Degree in industrial or general engineering
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in industrial or logistics environments
- Experience managing a team of experts in airport baggage sortation or logistics
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Fluency in English
