You are responsible for the local implementation and execution of N2F’s partner strategy in Germany and ensure our partner model is applied consistently.
You recruit, onboard and develop a strong ecosystem of ERP integrators, tax advisors/accounting firms, VARs, IT service providers and corporate travel partners.
You work closely on a daily basis with Sales, Marketing, Product and cross-functional teams to build a predictable, partner-driven go-to-market model.
Requirements
Excellent German language skills (C2) spoken and written, and strong English skills (French is optional but advantageous)
Proven experience in a SaaS environment is required
Experience in channel management, business development or with ERP/finance software
Understanding of technical integrations (ERP, CRM, travel systems, etc.)
You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and consistently drive initiatives to completion
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
