About this role
Role Overview
You will focus on cold outreach and developing the DACH region
You will act as the interface between Marketing and Sales prior to the sales process
You will gather all available information about potential customers to identify those that best match our target profile
After lead qualification, you will schedule an initial meeting for our Account Executive
You will proactively contact decision-makers and personalize your messages (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
You will generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads and arrange sales meetings
You will attend trade shows and other events to engage with exhibitors
You will maintain your customer data in our CRM
Depending on your performance and length of service, you can progress to an Account Executive or a leadership role!
Requirements
You are fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English
You are a hunter: creative, positive, and highly dynamic
You are resourceful and enjoy proposing new solutions to reach your goals
You are not afraid to pick up the phone and persuade potential customers
You are outgoing with excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are eager to learn and continuously develop yourself while supporting your colleagues and the company
It’s a plus if you are familiar with tools such as LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot, etc.
It’s a plus if you speak other languages, especially French.
