About this role
Role Overview
Patient transfers into and out of the operating room area or to the recovery room
Preparation and reprocessing of instruments, devices and materials required for procedures
Preoperative preparation of patients in the Holding Area
Postoperative aftercare of patients in our ambulatory recovery room
Documentation tasks
Circulating (floater) and instrument-handling duties
Surgical assistance for routine procedures
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant
High level of commitment and flexibility
Enthusiasm for a trusting, cooperative interprofessional working environment and a self-understanding as the interface between nursing and medical/physician care
