MD Claims Adjuster

Role Overview

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents.
• Determine coverage, liability, damages and adjust/negotiate claims within limit of authority.
• Handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability, damages).
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims (if handled).
• Recognize and identify body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.

Requirements

• Experience in managing claims, especially in Nevada and Washington state is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Metrics-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
