About this role
Role Overview
- Implement core infrastructure on GCP using Terraform.
- Deploy and configure regional and zonal clusters (Cloud SQL and AlloyDB), following defined architecture and hardening standards.
- Configure and manage resources such as Data Migration Service to support the migration process.
- Ensure reproducibility, security, and organization of the infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code).
- Work on network configuration (VPC, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Cloud DNS).
- Produce detailed technical documentation and operational runbooks for the support team.
- Operate autonomously to investigate and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in production environments.
- Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficiency with Terraform and version control using Git.
- Experience creating and maintaining Cloud SQL and AlloyDB instances.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Cloud DNS).
- Ability to work independently to resolve complex infrastructure problems.
