Supervises various AML processes, including suspicious activity investigations and other AML processes.
Works closely with AML Process Managers to perform critical functions.
Plans and conducts processes related to anti-money laundering and global sanction activities.
Manages workflow of the AML analysis.
Coaches the team and teaches about AML processes through training and education.
Supervises daily workflow and operational metrics of an AML Operations team.
Assists with training in Regulatory Operations and business areas.
Contributes to internal AML Operations projects related to modification of policies and procedures.
Performs quality assurance on draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), sanctions reviews, and other AML processes.
Handles escalated issues as appropriate for advanced investigation and analysis.
Assesses internal trends and external regulatory environments to make recommendations.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of people management experience
At least 3 years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud experience within financial services
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
3+ years of people management experience (preferred)
4+ years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud experience within financial services (preferred)
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification (preferred)
