About this role

Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility
Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses
Provide transparency on risks and opportunities at the total company level
Address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects
Independently manage and prioritize workload
Oversee more junior analysts on the team
Demonstrate a passion to learn and continuously develop FP&A and technical skills

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years experience in financial analysis or financial modeling
At least 1 year of managing an FP&A function
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (preferred)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
At least 6 years of experience in financial analysis or modeling (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience managing an FP&A function (preferred)
At least 1 year of direct or indirect people management experience (preferred)
