Oversee the reliability, stability, and performance of our enterprise intelligence automation ecosystem.
Lead the team that provides the operational support of automation processes.
Ensure rapid incident resolution, manage platform health, and drive continuous improvement across our automation landscape.
Manage the day-to-day operations of a team with a focus on the maintenance and development of systems and supervising system modifications.
Assign, monitor, and review progress and accuracy of work.
Provide staff management oversight including hiring, promoting, or making recommendations for staff.
Conduct performance reviews and assessments, manage performance, engage in skills assessment, and promote professional development of staff.
Direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Ensure adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets and staffing allocations.
Manage and track team-level project details and serve as the technical subject matter expert.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
5 year
Experience with information technology concepts, application development and/or enterprise system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards required
5 years – Systems maintenance and/or programming experience required
3 year
Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system in use at BCBST
Knowledge of information technology concepts, methodology, terminology, and standards.
Proven Skill to develop and/or maintain an enterprise IT system
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in one or more enterprise IT systems
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Microsoft Office and email skills are required
Adaptive to high pace and changing environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers.
Must be willing to adjust schedule to plan and perform maintenance and upgrades outside of business hours and be part of an on-call rotation.
