Oversee the reliability, stability, and performance of our enterprise intelligence automation ecosystem.
Lead the team that provides the operational support of automation processes, ensuring rapid incident resolution.
Manage platform health and drive continuous improvement across our automation landscape.
Conduct performance reviews and assessments, manage performance, and engage in skills assessment.
Direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution and professional growth.
Ensure adherence to policies, plans, objectives, budgets, and staffing allocations.
Manage and track team-level project details and serve as the technical subject matter expert.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience with information technology concepts, application development and/or enterprise system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards.
5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience.
3 years of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system in use at BCBST.
Knowledge of information technology concepts, methodology, terminology, and standards.
Proven skill to develop and/or maintain an enterprise IT system.
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in one or more enterprise IT systems.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Microsoft Office and email skills are required.
Adaptive to high pace and changing environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers.
Must be willing to adjust schedule to plan and perform maintenance and upgrades outside of business hours and be part of an on-call rotation.
