Manage and communicate the vision and roadmap for products to an Agile delivery team
Represent the voice of the customer to the team
Own the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered in short iterations
Drive value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams
Contribute to shaping product direction, creating features, writing user stories, and innovation
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives

1–5 years of experience working in Agile environments as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Experience working with data teams or data-related products (e.g., data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data platforms).
Ability to write clear user stories and maintain a product backlog.
Strong communication skills for translating business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
Familiarity with SQL or basic data modeling concepts.
Product Owner or Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
Experience in healthcare or regulated data environments.
