Contribution to all credit risk projects and initiatives
Central supervision of credit processes around the world, ensuring quality, efficiency, productivity
Ownership of the process for credit files outside local credit authorities
Discussions with other SG business units on credit files
Consolidation of credit files outside Ayvens INT PCRU to simplify process
Speed-up decisions on credit files within SG Group
Simplify the credit process where possible, taking a leading role in implementing IT solutions
Participate in building connections between SG, Commercial Department, AY SSC and Risk department through projects’ initiation and management with IT and Risk.
Requirements
Minimum BA Degree from related field like economics, finance
Knowledge of risk subjects and regulator’s requirements
At least 5+ years’ experience in credit risk management
Experience with SG credit process would be an asset
Process/project design/management experience
Fluent English
Microsoft Power BI, Excel high proficiency
Data management experience
Should be business-driven
