Oversees the management, administration, and strategy of Epic applications.
Provides Epic electronic health record system expertise and key consultation, business acumen and internal and external environment awareness.
Leads a team responsible for performing Epic software installations and upgrades, configuration of enhancements and developments, security, reporting, and performance management.
Assesses the scope and potential impact of an issue or opportunity.
Uses business criteria and values to evaluate alternative courses of action.
Makes decisions as appropriate or escalates to leadership.
Collaborates with internal and external leaders to drive initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
Five years' experience in Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions, with two years' in demonstrated progressive leadership
Leadership of Epic-certified revenue cycle application teams, with emphasis on projects for new clinics and hospitals, is preferred.
Epic Certification or Accreditation, current or lapsed, is required.
