Set the vision and strategy for the people agenda, ensuring Ravio continues to provide a world-class employee experience as we grow.
You will represent Ravio at formal and informal People events, engaging with peers on compensation topics through public speaking, panel participation, and hosting discussions.
You’ll also display thought leadership and a willingness to build a visible personal brand by contributing to LinkedIn and People People community groups.
Oversee People Operations and all HR Business Partnering, owning the design and delivery of programmes that shape every moment of the employee lifecycle.
Drive employee engagement, ensuring we listen deeply, act thoughtfully, and continuously improve how we support and inspire our teams.
Strengthen leadership capability across the business, partnering closely with senior managers and leadership to coach, develop, and enable high performance.
Guide and support the Talent function, bringing a strong understanding of modern hiring approaches and strategic workforce planning.
Own performance and development frameworks, ensuring career growth, feedback culture, and learning opportunities remain core to life at Ravio.
Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, bringing commercial thinking, clarity, and a people-first mindset to company-wide decisions.
Navigate ambiguity and scale, ensuring the People team evolves ahead of the company’s needs and remains an accelerator and not a bottleneck within a scaling startup environment.
Requirements
Proven experience leading senior People teams ideally within scaling startups or tech-enabled businesses.
Extensive background in employee experience, with a track record of designing and executing impactful programmes across multiple geographies.
Strong leadership capability, with experience hiring, developing, and coaching senior People leaders
Deep understanding of talent processes, from strategic resourcing to enabling a modern, high-quality recruitment function.
Exceptional stakeholder partnership skills, especially with managers and senior leadership, and comfortable advising on complex people issues.
Commercially astute, with strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, adapting quickly, making sound decisions, and consistently “thinking big.”
Experience working within scaling startup environments, ideally with exposure to rapid organisational evolution and change.
