Coordinating internal release planning across UK and international teams, ensuring all pre-release and release activities are managed and clearly communicated
Creating and managing delivery plans across a variety of internal programmes, keeping stakeholders aligned at every stage
Supporting customer implementation programmes across commercial, onboarding and go-live workstreams
Acting as the primary governance interface for external stakeholders including lenders, conveyancers and third-party partners
Designing and implementing tailored onboarding and implementation strategies depending on customer size and complexity
Creating bespoke implementation plans covering initial go-live and future upgrades
Establishing and managing governance structures across internal and external workstreams (including RAIDs and RACI frameworks)
Communicating progress, milestones and risks clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement across customer implementation methodology, with a focus on scalability
Supporting resource planning and upward reporting through overarching delivery plans
Requirements
Significant experience in Delivery or Project/Implementation Management roles
Proven experience in customer-facing roles
Proven experience delivering complex and/or multiple concurrent programmes across internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of programme governance frameworks and risk management
Experience across the full product lifecycle — from delivery to customer implementation and ongoing support
Experience working in FinTech (preferred)
Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones (preferred)
Advanced Microsoft skills including MS Project (or equivalent)
An exceptional communicator — written, verbal and visual
Highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
