About this role

Critically analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks and design improvements
Translate product updates into operational processes
Maintain and evolve pipelines in HubSpot
Create and maintain the internal documentation hub
Support the implementation of new automations and workflows
Monitor adoption levels of the proposed processes and collect feedback.

Genuine interest in understanding, analyzing, and improving processes
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, or similar)
Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into practical improvement actions
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and controls
Experience updating and managing internal process documentation, workflows, and operational guides
Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (Google Docs, Notion, or similar)
Ability to use Figma to create and maintain process flows and diagrams
Knowledge of HubSpot for organizing and maintaining pipelines
Attention to product updates and the ability to translate changes into clear operational processes
Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
