Help implement and then to perform administrative functions of a Technology Business Management solution designed to increase cost transparency, financial planning, and financial performance
Reconcile and rationalize data from implemented ERP platforms to the Technology Business Management solution
Create and/or revise processes and reports in the Technology Business Management tool that enable financial transparency and strategic decision making
Review financial statements and technical accounting practices of business units and world areas
Consolidate and analyze monthly results for operating business units then reforecast based on results
Interface between Information Technology and Finance teams from headquarters, business units, and world areas
Provide support for strategic and operational planning cycles
Perform ad hoc analyses as directed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology
Advanced English skills
3 to 6 years of accounting, financial analysis, or equivalent experience
Technical knowledge of IBM’s Apptio platform (preferred)
Customer-focused with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy and sensitivity to deadlines (preferred)
Self-starter comfortable working independently with limited direction (preferred)
Process improvement and problem-solver mentality (preferred)
Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate with all levels of the organization (preferred)
Strong MS Excel skills (preferred)
