Lead and manage overseas outsourcing partners responsible for submission clearance, rating, endorsement processing, and other policy administration functions
Oversee and develop a small internal operations team handling policy servicing, agency appointments, and licensing
Serve as primary liaison to parent company functions including accounting, finance, regulatory filings, licensing, and IT
Coordinate directly with carriers, departments of insurance, and other external stakeholders on data calls, reporting, audits, and information requests
Take ownership of special projects and emerging needs, bringing structure and execution to areas where responsibility may not be clearly defined
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
3 – 7 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, compliance, program administration, or a related operational role
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior leadership, carriers, regulators, and external partners
