Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including bidder list development, bid solicitation, evaluation, and award recommendations.
Develop and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs from initial scope definition through purchase order execution.
Conduct commercial analysis to evaluate cost, risk allocation, schedule impact, and supplier capability.
Structure and negotiate contracts that align pricing, risk, and performance with project objectives.
Negotiate lump sum, reimbursable, and hybrid commercial agreements for goods and services.
Drive competitive tension while maintaining constructive, long-term supplier relationships.
Manage supplier prequalification and onboarding, including coordination of MSA, NDA, W-9, COI, HSE, and compliance documentation.
Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations, delivery timelines, and quality expectations.
Lead evaluation, negotiation, and tracking of supplier change orders across projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably supporting large capital or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic sourcing initiatives from RFP development through contract award.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of leading high-value negotiations.
Deep understanding of procurement structures, scope definition, risk allocation, and contract strategy.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including executive leadership.
Experience managing change orders and commercial risk in dynamic project environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
