Drives profitable equipment and services growth within assigned accounts, including contract retention, expansion, and the addition of new services.
Manages new business development initiatives, with a focus on Ricoh’s hardware and market‑based services portfolio.
Increases market share for the services portfolio by championing and driving newly added offerings.
Holds Account Managers accountable for sales activities, KPI achievement, and closing business that drives deeper account penetration.
Sets clear expectations and creates rigor and routine by inspecting activities that directly support sales objectives.
Collaborates with internal resources to align support, activities, and talent needed to deliver sales outcomes.
Partners with peers and specialty teams to resolve issues and strengthen processes that support growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of experience selling products and services.
5+ years of sales management experience.
Consultative selling experience.
Industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge and understanding of P&L management.
