Our current team in Germany consists of 6 sales interns who handle the initial conversations with interested condominium owners.
8 Sales Managers who demonstrate our platform to condominium owners, help them choose the right offer, and accompany them through to the closing of the sale.
After 3 weeks, the most intensive phase of onboarding is over.
Weekly 1:1s with your Team Lead, Marcus.
Weekly meetings with your team to celebrate results and set new goals.
Regular coaching on rhetoric, conversation techniques, and organization.
After approximately 6–12 months, there is also the option to take on additional small projects alongside your daily responsibilities as a Sales Manager.
Requirements
You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
You are eager to develop your communication skills and learn from our experienced team
People in your environment tell you that you are a good speaker or even especially good at listening (talk is silver, listening is gold in sales 🏅)
You want to work in a team that supports each other, sticks together in difficult times, and celebrates successes together in good times
You want to help us drive digitalization in the—unfortunately still somewhat dusty—real estate industry (there’s a lot to do!)
Sales experience is not required, as you can learn everything important from our team :)
