Serve as LPL’s primary client facing representative to enterprises, institutions and advisors as part of LPL’s mergers and acquisitions and BD outsourcing growth strategy.
Own the advisor experience for upwards of 120 advisors throughout their 9-12 month transition and acclimation period to LPL.
Deliver consultative service to each advisor, tailoring your approach to each advisor’s unique needs.
Participate in discovery to gain familiarity with the office, provide guidance and recommendation on best practices throughout conversion preparation.
Support the advisors’ acclimation to LPL for up to 6 months following their conversion.
Ensure key metrics are completed by post conversion deadline dates including account conversion requirements, block transfer, training and compliance setup.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial services and/or client-facing role is required
2+ years of experience in business consulting and/or relationship management expertise in the financial services space is required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
